B Investments is pleased to announce the successful completion of its mandatory tender offer (“MTO”) for the acquisition of a majority stake of c. 70% of Orascom Financial Holding (“OFH”).
This transaction marks an important milestone for B Investments, reaffirming its position as a leading private equity investment company in Egypt.
